Contém cavalinha, conhecida por ajudar a reduzir a retenção de líquidos, atuando como diurético e aumentando a micção, o hibísco contribui para uma diminuição da pressão arterial e o sabugueiro, conhecido por reduzir o inchaço. Use 1c. sobremesa de chá para 200ml de água a 90ºC durante 2minutos de infusão.

Não há evidencias que considerem estes ingredientes seguros para uso durante a gravidez ou amamentação, por isso não recomendamos. Não consumir este chá se tomar: medicação diurética, antidiabéticos orais ou lítio.

Ingredientes: bagas de sabugueiro, cubos de maçã, hibisco, groselha preta, rosa mosqueta e cavalinha.

How to take: Use 1g of tea per 200ml of water at 90ºC and let it infuse for 2 minutes.

Silhouette tea may help reduce bloating and water retention in the abdominal area, legs, arms and hands. It contains horsetail, which acts as a diuretic and helps to get rid of water retention, and therefore increases urination. Hibiscus lowers blood pressure and elderberry is important to relieve bloating. 

There is no evidence that these ingredients are safe to take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, so we do not recommend taking them.Do not take this tea if you are taking diuretic medication, oral antidiabetic medication or lithium. 

Ingredients: elderberry, apple, hibiscus, blackcurrant, rose hip and horsetail.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
